This evening we welcome Suzanne who will enthral us with the life story of Brass Crosby. A son of Stockton, Crosby went on to become Lord Mayor of London and was also imprisoned in the Tower of London.

This fascinating film has something for everyone; including the social history of Clydebank, the engineering associated with development and production, the novel sales strategy, the skills associated with sewing and how vintage machines are providing opportunities in Africa.
In style this film is very similar to last year's Forth Road Bridge production.

This evening Peter will guide us through the life and works of Jane Gardam. Jane, a multi award winning writer was born in Redcar and is renowned for her novels highlighting 'the more subversive side of middle-class life'. Several of her books are set in North Yorkshire.
